how would it be if we can run windows xp on n96?? i just got this weird idea today.i dont know if i am talking sense but nokia n96 meets all the requirements to run xp.
i googled for the processing power of nokai n96,but didnt find anything useful.
1> n96 has got 16gb internal memory.(minimum required for xp is 1.5 gb)
2> n96 has 128mb ram (xp requires 64mb).
3> n96 has more processing power(xp requires pentium 2 233mhz).
waiting to get my hands on this phone…………….

Won’t work. The CPU works differently to what Windows XP can run on. Like a Mac can’t run Windows and a Windows can’t run Mac [Unless emulated which takes up more CPU] It’s not possible. At all. If ever.
Very useful article, though I don’t know how advantageous it is to have windows on my phone vs. the phone’s original OS?
